01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to leading life with empathy, meeting people where they're at, and prioritizing my own mental health as well as encouraging my staff to do the same. The supportive leadership at On Point also means a lot.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust your gut and trust the process. Human services is a beautiful thing. When you change one person's life, it's a life that you saved. Keep pushing, keep advocating for yourself, and go into rooms where the table was made for you.
