My advice to young women entering this industry is to always put yourself in the user’s shoes, ask questions without hesitation, and confidently express your ideas—sometimes you have to create the space for your voice to be heard.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are curiosity, openness, and connection—whether exploring new foods, shows, and museums, or spending quality time with friends.
