Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jaimie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a foundation of prayer and faith, along with the belief that everything happens for a reason. I am also deeply motivated and supported by my husband and daughter, who continually encourage me to keep growing and moving forward.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

“Know your worth, then add tax.” - Sharon M. Peterson

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is that you do not have to define yourself solely by a degree. Your growth, skills, experience, and determination matter just as much, if not more, in shaping your career and success.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is handling individuals that are expecting to get what they want, exactly when they want it. In reality, that is not always how the world works, and managing those expectations while maintaining quality and professionalism is an ongoing responsibility.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important values in my work and personal life are communication and transparency. I believe that clear, honest communication builds trust, while transparency ensures accountability and strengthens both personal and professional relationships.
