Jameila Coleman
Jameila Coleman is an innovative entrepreneur, human service leader, and the CEO and Founder of Rent Harbor, a digital app designed to simplify rent payments and empower tenants in underserved communities. Drawing on over a decade of experience in the human services field, I witnessed firsthand the challenges many tenants face in maintaining stable housing. That experience inspired me to create Rent Harbor—a user-friendly, secure platform that bridges the gap between landlords and tenants, making rental payments more accessible, reliable, and transparent.
In addition to leading Rent Harbor, I currently serve as a Case Manager for Molina Healthcare/My Choice Wisconsin, where I develop and coordinate care plans to support the health and well-being of diverse community members. My passion for helping others extends beyond my professional work—I am also a published author and contributor to Warriors of Hope: Voices That Inspire, a powerful anthology that amplifies the voices of survivors who have turned their pain into purpose.
Featured on Season 19 of “The Blox”, a national entrepreneurship competition, I continue to advocate for innovation, resilience, and empowerment through technology and storytelling. My journey reflects a commitment to service, integrity, and impact—values that guide everything I do. I’m always eager to collaborate with changemakers who share my vision for creating solutions that make life better for individuals and communities alike.
