Ten minutes with Janani
01What do you attribute your success to?
What has driven my success is the deep sense of fulfillment and inner peace I gain from seeing the positive impact our work has on the lives of young girls. We have reached numerous underprivileged schools across India, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing girls attend school with confidence, free from hesitation or shame. Knowing that even a small contribution can create meaningful change inspires me to keep doing more and expanding our impact.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Every woman has the power to make a meaningful impact, no matter how big or small. Start with what truly resonates with your heart and pursue it with purpose. Meaningful change doesn't happen overnight, but consistency, compassion, and a strong sense of community can create lasting transformation. Most importantly, when women uplift and support one another, we build stronger communities and inspire future generations to thrive.
