About Jane
Jane Frost serves as a commercial leader in the oncology and hematology biopharma sector, where she has spent 25 years building expertise in marketing, sales, and leadership. She oversees a team of 10 direct reports across the West Coast and collaborates with cross-functional groups including marketing, medical affairs, sales, and nurse educators to launch innovative medications. Her recent work includes introducing the first subcutaneous therapy for lung and solid cancers as well as advancing a new class of treatment for multiple myeloma. Jane earned her BS in Marketing from San Diego State and completed executive education in marketing and leadership at Wharton in 2022 and at Harvard in 2024. She maintains active membership in the Healthcare Business Women Association and is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of women leaders while pursuing hope and cures for cancer patients.
