Her Story
About Jane
My career has spanned multiple related fields over several decades. I began as a clinical psychologist before moving into corporate environments where I focused on management coaching and marketing. In 1980, I transitioned to consulting for the federal government as a contractor, where I specialized in management consulting, team building, and strategic planning until my retirement 5 years ago. Before retiring, I began working with SOAR managementConsulting, an organization that provides pro bono consulting services to nonprofits, and I've continued this work throughout my retirement. In my consulting work, I help nonprofits address a wide range of organizational challenges, including funding issues, building boards of directors, strategic planning, and dealing with conflict. I'm particularly active in helping organizations address issues and facilitating discussions around conflict. My most notable professional achievement has been my versatility and my deep understanding of organizations and people.
