Jane S. is an accomplished Supplier Development Specialist and Engineering Buyer at L3 Technologies, with over 15 years of experience spanning the automotive and military industries. Beginning her career as a quality engineer, she built a strong foundation in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), supplier development, and product launches before transitioning into purchasing and supplier management. Her ability to bridge technical expertise with strategic sourcing has enabled her to support innovation and deliver consistent results across complex supply chains. One of her proudest professional accomplishments was helping to develop new products during her time in quality engineering—an achievement that highlighted her problem-solving mindset and leadership skills.

Jane’s career has been shaped not only by her technical expertise but also by her resilience and commitment to people. After recovering from two strokes, she returned to her profession with an even deeper appreciation for her work and the colleagues she supports. Known for genuinely caring about the people she works with and the suppliers she develops, she prioritizes strong relationships, transparency, and teamwork.

Outside of her career, Jane finds joy in spending time with her children and embracing life along the shores of Lake Michigan.
