Jane Snyder
Jane Snyder is the CEO and Founder of Wisdom Wellness Coaching, LLC based in El Paso, Texas. She launched her coaching practice in 2022 after more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, much of it developed while navigating life as a military wife, homeschooling mother, and active participant in Catholic ministry and education. Her work centers on helping women recognize their dignity, gifts, and potential through a blend of cycle awareness, mindset coaching, and faith-informed personal development.
With a background that includes active duty service in the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps—where she served as a captain in both active and reserve roles—Jane brings a structured and disciplined perspective to her coaching approach. She studied at Florida State University through ROTC, focusing on French and Spanish. Prior to founding her coaching business, she worked as a fertility education coordinator at a nonprofit pregnancy center and served as a parish religious education coordinator, overseeing programs for hundreds of students and families.
Through Wisdom Wellness Coaching, Jane integrates physical and emotional self-awareness with spiritual growth, encouraging women to understand how thoughts influence emotions and actions. She is also the host of the podcast Cycles and Sanctity, where she explores how women can align their life, health, and faith with a deeper sense of purpose and holiness. Her work reflects a consistent mission to empower women to live with clarity, confidence, and meaning while embracing both their natural design and spiritual calling.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong sense of independence, which led me to build my own company and work best on my own terms, with the freedom to set my own direction and schedule. I’m also highly persistent and determined—once I commit to something, I don’t easily let go and continue pushing through challenges. I see setbacks as part of the process rather than failure, and I believe success comes from resilience and the willingness to keep getting back up and moving forward.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to trust the Lord and follow the path He has for me. Along with that, I’ve learned the importance of not looking sideways or comparing myself to others, as it can lead to undervaluing my own journey and progress. Instead, I focus on running my own race—staying grounded in my purpose, moving at my own pace, and trusting that my path is unfolding as it should.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is that there is plenty of room for you. Your voice, perspective, and skills are needed, especially in areas like coaching, which continues to grow and evolve. With billions of people in the world, there is no shortage of opportunities or clients—what matters most is stepping forward with confidence, believing in your value, and committing to serve those who need your guidance.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge I’m currently facing is adapting my primarily in-person strengths to an online business environment, especially as I continue building my presence after launching my business in 2022 during the post-COVID shift. While I naturally excel in face-to-face or group settings where I can connect, influence, and guide people directly, learning how to effectively communicate and market myself online has been a significant growth area. At the same time, I see strong opportunities in expanding into public speaking on larger stages and finally writing a book, both of which align with my strengths and long-standing goals for greater impact.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, hard work, openness to growth, and honesty. I also place a strong emphasis on the willingness to take risks, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain. I believe we are not meant to settle for a mediocre life, but to pursue something greater, which often requires stepping outside of our comfort zones. While taking risks can sometimes lead to failure, I see those experiences as valuable opportunities for learning and growth.
