Janet Gregg is a highly accomplished leader in luxury hospitality sales with more than 30 years of experience driving success for luxury resorts and her clients. She currently serves as President of Group Sales at Luxury Hospitality Sales while also representing Eden Roc Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic and El Encanto Santa Barbara, where she specializes in creating unforgettable experiences for corporate events, incentive programs, and high-profile client gatherings. Over the course of her career, Janet has built a reputation for trust, professionalism, and exceeding client expectations, earning referrals and long-term partnerships that have fueled her continued success.

Before launching her independent venture, Janet worked with prestigious properties including Meadowood Napa Valley, Ocean House, and The Preserve Sporting Club. The 2020 California wildfires shifted her path, inspiring her to embrace entrepreneurship and create a business that offered greater flexibility and deeper client focus. Today, she not only represents luxury hotels but also mentors a team of independent contractors under her license, ensuring that her high standards of integrity and service carry forward across every project.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Janet is passionate about animal welfare and dedicates time to supporting organizations such as Safe Haven Puppy Sanctuary. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the guidance and inspiration of my mentor, Karen Short, as well as the opportunities I’ve had through Retreats Resources, Associated Luxury Hotels International, and the Beyond Collection, where I was honored to achieve Top Producers Club status.

GBAC-go back and check. Never assume a task you assigned was completed.

Be a good listener! The hospitality industry offers numerous career opportunities worldwide.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is the lack of conversations. Email is ideal for exchanging information; however, this industry thrives on personal connections.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are building long-term, trusted relationships with my clients and dedicating my personal time to helping neglected, abused, and abandoned animals through fostering and transport efforts.
