Janet's career began in the beauty industry, where she spent several years building expertise in sales, customer relationships, and brand development before transitioning into the nutraceutical sector approximately six years ago. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for helping businesses navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth. Her success has been shaped by hands-on experience, continuous learning, and a genuine passion for supporting brands in the ever-evolving health and wellness marketplace.
At Vox Nutrition, no two days are the same. Janet may spend one morning assisting a startup with its first product launch and the afternoon helping an established company solve complex manufacturing challenges. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to finding genuine passion in what I do, staying open to new ideas and opportunities, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth, and focusing on making a meaningful difference, while staying grounded through my love of family, the outdoors, wellness, and fitness.

Don't be afraid to out yourself out there, know your worth, be a good listner.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Work. Achieve. Then dream bigger! Have good self-awareness, stand tall and proud.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Bringing high quality wellness products to market through strategic private label solutions.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Leading by example, being a great team player, bringing positivity to my team, being motivated, asking questions, be curious.
