What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received from my father was: “Do what you love, and if you don’t love it anymore, pivot to something else that will bring you joy and meaning — but always stay true to your word and follow through.”
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to stay flexible, always seek to learn new things, and keep pushing forward no matter the challenges. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade with your new life lessons.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities in my field right now are gaining new clients and working smarter by leveraging AI; while the main challenges include adapting to new ways of connecting with clients; and those clients’ customers.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, commitment, positivity, and a willingness to listen and learn.
