Ten minutes with Janette
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to using doubt as motivation and proving that I can overcome being underestimated. As a mother of two young girls, I am also driven to show them that they can pursue their ambitions, build successful careers, and have a fulfilling family life without feeling they have to choose between the two.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the health insurance industry is to stay true to yourself and maintain a strong moral compass. There can be many gray areas in this field, so knowing what you believe is right and staying grounded in your core values will help you navigate challenges without losing yourself.
