Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to strong leadership, personal accountability, and an openness to learning. I’m committed to having the difficult—but necessary—conversations that drive growth. Maintaining a positive attitude, setting high standards, and continuously challenging myself and those around me to improve have been key to achieving meaningful results.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mother, an obstetrician-gynecologist, who taught me the importance of striving for excellence, cultivating resilience, and always working to become the best version of myself. Throughout my career, I’ve also been fortunate to have mentors who challenged me to step outside my comfort zone and encouraged me to pursue continuous growth.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to give their best in every task, no matter how small, stay open to learning, and maintain a strong work ethic. Embrace challenges, stay positive, and remember that consistent excellence builds long-term credibility and creates opportunities for growth.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I see in operations and manufacturing is driving change while managing large teams and complex systems. At the same time, I see significant opportunities in process optimization, fostering a leadership-driven culture, and promoting continuous improvement—especially for women stepping into technical and operational leadership roles.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are excellence, integrity, growth, and responsibility. I believe in showing up fully in every role, no matter the task, and leading by example. These values guide my commitment to my team’s success as well as my own continuous professional development.
