Janice Errico

As a school counselor at an alternative school, I am committed to guiding and supporting students ages 6–20 in achieving both academic and personal success. I go beyond traditional counseling by meeting each student where they are, helping them overcome barriers, and empowering them with the tools they need to thrive inside and outside the classroom. My mission is to provide a safe, encouraging, and solutions-focused environment where every student feels valued and capable of reaching their goals. Whether it’s academic planning, social-emotional support, or career readiness, I strive to go the extra mile to ensure my students have the resources and confidence to succeed in school and in life.
