About Janice
Janice Grenadier is the Founder of Judicialpedia.com and My Jurisprudence, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting evidence-based justice, fairness, and accountability within the legal system. With more than 36 years of experience in judiciary advocacy and nonprofit court reform, she has devoted her career to helping individuals navigate guardianships, divorces, foreclosures, and other equity-related legal matters. As a Certified ADA Advocate and Certified Mediator for Justice, she provides court advocacy for individuals while promoting restorative justice and greater public awareness of judicial accountability.
Inspired by her own experiences navigating judicial misconduct, Grenadier transformed personal adversity into a lifelong mission of helping others who face similar challenges. She founded Judicialpedia.com during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide a public platform where individuals can share court cases, judicial complaints, and bar complaints, giving a voice to those who often feel unheard. Through My Jurisprudence, she continues to advocate for fair play in the courts while emphasizing that evidence, transparency, and due process should remain at the heart of the justice system.
Beyond her advocacy work, Grenadier serves on a guardianship board in Los Angeles and an elderly law board while leading Prayer Across America, a national initiative promoting justice through faith and civic engagement. She is working to establish June 14 as a National Prayer Day for Justice, reflecting her belief that constitutional rights, accountability, and compassion must remain central to the American legal system. Guided by perseverance, empathy, and faith, she remains committed to empowering individuals, advancing meaningful court reform, and fostering constructive dialogue that promotes fairness for future generations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from perseverance, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to justice. My personal experiences with judicial misconduct strengthened my determination to advocate for others facing similar challenges. I also attribute my journey to my faith, which gave me the strength to keep moving forward when the obstacles seemed overwhelming. Those experiences inspired me to create organizations that help individuals find hope, fairness, and a voice within the legal system.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
One of the most valuable lessons I've learned is the importance of listening before responding. Through my mediation training and reading The Four Agreements, I realized that meaningful communication begins with understanding others rather than making assumptions. I strive to always tell the truth, avoid taking things personally, ask thoughtful questions, and simply do my best in every situation. Those principles have shaped both my advocacy work and my personal life.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I encourage young women to take thoughtful risks while they are building their futures and to carefully evaluate both the careers they pursue and the relationships they choose. Trust your instincts, and if you recognize that a situation is unhealthy or no longer aligned with your values, have the courage to walk away without guilt or shame. Learn to truly listen, remain open to different perspectives, and never stop growing through every experience. Every challenge can become an opportunity to build resilience and wisdom.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges is ensuring equal access to justice for individuals who lack financial resources or influence within the legal system. I believe there is a significant opportunity to strengthen accountability, restore public trust, and encourage more transparent judicial processes through advocacy, education, and community engagement. Promoting restorative justice, expanding public awareness, and empowering citizens to participate in protecting constitutional rights can create meaningful and lasting reform.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I believe empathy, fairness, family, integrity, and respect for others are the foundation of both my professional and personal life. While I hold strong personal values, I also believe it is important to extend grace and understanding to people whose experiences and perspectives may differ from my own. Listening with compassion and treating every individual with dignity allows meaningful conversations to take place and helps build stronger communities. My work is ultimately driven by a commitment to justice, accountability, and helping others find hope.
