What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to work harder than you’ve ever worked before—and don’t stop. Stay focused, stay resilient, and trust that your persistence will open doors and set you apart. Keep showing up, even when it’s tough.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges right now is engaging the younger generation and helping them truly understand the work we do and the impact of our objectives. At the same time, this presents a great opportunity to inspire and involve new voices in our mission, ensuring the work continues and evolves with fresh energy and ideas.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and reliability. I believe staying true to these principles builds trust and meaningful relationships. Outside of work, I’m passionate about living a natural lifestyle—growing my own herbs and flowers and eating clean—and I love exploring new places through travel, which continually broadens my perspective.
