Janna Dousay

I've been in my field since 2011, starting with outside sales in document management and copiers after graduating from college. After about a year and a half, I transitioned into banking on the retail side, where I earned my investment license and worked my way up through the ranks to become a business banker handling business loans up to $20 million. Nine years ago, I moved into my current role working with car dealerships on the financing side. Today, I work with dealership franchise owners, managers, and salespeople, training them on our system and what our program is about. I bring on new stores and work with dealerships of all sizes, from those with as few as 5 vehicles up to 300 vehicles. When I started in this position, I had 14 car dealers, and now I work with 90. My company is great, and I've learned a lot throughout my 9 years in this role and continue to learn. I'm most proud of the growth I've established in my market because people had been in this market for years prior and never grew it to the size that I grew it.
