01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to not quitting and keeping going no matter how hard it gets. My testimony is I struggled with reading all the way to 11th grade and took the graduation test 13 times before receiving my high school diploma, then I went ahead and got my bachelor's and master's. I just kept going.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received was to keep going, no matter how hard it gets, and just to reach out for extra resources if I have to.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If it don't work the first two times, don't give up. If you know that's a dream that you have in your heart, you keep going until you get that yes. Don't never stop just because you keep receiving no.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

My biggest challenge is making sure I'm staying organized, just to make sure everything go right for me. If I don't have a schedule, I'm out of whack.
