Jarita Sims Williams

She is a dedicated educational leader with over 20 years of experience in K-12 education, currently serving as Principal of Lewis & Clark Elementary School at Riverview Gardens School District, where she has provided visionary leadership and operational oversight since 2023. Prior to this role, she served as Assistant Principal at Riverview Gardens for nine years, supporting school culture, instructional leadership, and community engagement. She also served as a Business Educator for over six years, teaching and preparing students for careers in business and technology. Earlier in her career, she taught at Saint Louis Public Schools. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and completed certification in Business Teacher Education at Lindenwood University. She is recognized as a passionate, student-centered, and equity-driven leader who is deeply committed to creating inclusive, high-achieving school environments where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
