Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PIH Health, she brings more than seven years of experience supporting workforce development, coaching, and strategic HR initiatives. Her career has been marked by a steady progression through HR roles, where she has built expertise in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture.

A lifelong learner, Jaslene earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Biola University and recently completed her Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. Her academic achievements complement her practical experience, allowing her to apply evidence-based approaches to leadership development, performance management, and employee success strategies.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the support and encouragement of my parents, who always believed in me and pushed me forward, as well as a mentor Jeanette, who challenged me to step outside my comfort zone and pursue a career in HR.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up and to remember that “no” is a complete sentence—you don’t have to say yes to everything.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up on your passion—success often requires taking risks, but those risks can lead to the most rewarding opportunities.

The biggest challenge in my field right now is finding the perfect balance in with work, school, and home life while still striving for growth and success in each area.

The values most important to me are faith, loyalty, and integrity—always striving to be honest in everything I do—while also cherishing time with my family, friends, and the joy of being active in sports and motherhood.
