What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to not being afraid to take risks and staying open to change. Starting my career in a fast-moving tech environment taught me early on that growth often comes from stepping outside of my comfort zone and saying yes to any opportunity that could provide experience and growth.
I genuinely love to learn and embrace challenges, which keeps me curious and motivated every day. Combining curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn has allowed me to approach problems in new ways, adapt to evolving situations, and create real impact for both customers and the business.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My favorite career advice I ever received was, “A winner is a dreamer who never gives up.” It reminded me that vision and persistence matter just as much as skills or experience. No matter how ambitious the goal, staying committed, keeping your curiosity alive, and following through even when things get tough can turn ideas into real opportunities and long-term success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to put yourself in rooms where there is a lot to learn. Seek out opportunities to be around people who challenge you, inspire you, and expose you to new ideas, even if it feels intimidating at first. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, speak up, and take on projects that stretch your skills, as growth often happens when you step outside your comfort zone. Surrounding yourself with mentors, peers, and leaders who push you to think differently will help you build confidence, expand your perspective, and open doors you might not have imagined.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in customer success right now is that the field can feel rigid, with traditional processes and metrics sometimes limiting creativity. At the same time, this is also one of the greatest opportunities. By finding ways to innovate within these structures, whether through new engagement strategies, cross-functional collaboration, or leveraging data in creative ways, you can deliver more meaningful value to customers and make a bigger impact on the business. The organizations and people who embrace flexibility, experimentation, and creative problem-solving are the ones who will shape the future of the field.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me, both at work and in my personal life, are challenge and growth. I thrive when I am learning something new or stretching myself beyond what I already know. At work, I seek out opportunities that push me to think creatively, take on new responsibilities, and solve complex problems. In my personal life, I do the same. I recently started running as a new challenge, and I am learning Greek with lessons 2-3 times a week. I also love exploring new hobbies and reading, anything that expands my knowledge and perspective. Continuously learning and embracing challenges is what keeps me motivated, engaged, and growing in every area of life.
