About Jasmin
Ali Ibrahim serves as co-founder of Andy's Teachings, an online spiritual school that provides memberships, individual courses, and a team of tutors acting as life coaches. She oversees all backend operations, including building the website, course platforms, membership homepages, customer service, tutor coordination, and running ads, while her partner Andy handles public-facing content that generates around 6 million impressions weekly. In addition, she offers B2B services assisting other spiritual leaders in creating their websites and business funnels. Prior to this, Ali spent 14 years in tech as a business analyst and Salesforce consultant after earning her Master's in Management Technology from NYU; she had initially studied biology as a pre-med student. Her transition into spirituality was sparked by personal challenges, including a 2019 divorce, leading her to meditation and seven years of developing techniques through a podcast and daily guided meditations during COVID before leaving her full-time role 1.5 years ago to focus fully on the school. She credits success to internal work on beliefs around money, business, and credentials, embracing an execute-and-learn approach, and advises others to prioritize inner work for authenticity in decision-making.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jasmin
01What do you attribute your success to?
When Andy and I started this, the first thing that we focused on was our own relationship to money, to business, to success. And really letting go of the programming that we needed to be in school for like 5 years to have credentials. We adopted the motto of just do it, execute, and you'll learn as you go. We really paid attention to what inside of us can make us more successful, and even letting go of our previous relationship with money.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would always give the advice of doing the inner work first. I truly don't believe if you have a negative mindset or innately believe success is going to be hard, that will have an effect on how you run your business. Doing the inner work first will naturally bring you to your authentic self, and every decision you make from your authentic self, you can't go wrong.
