Jasmin Jetter is a dedicated healthcare operations professional specializing in workforce and capacity optimization, as well as multi-site practice management. Since May 2024, she has served as a Staff Scheduling Coordinator at New York Health, where she plays a pivotal role in clinician scheduling and workforce planning. Her work focuses on streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and aligning staffing strategies with organizational goals—all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Jasmin holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix (expected May 2026) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stony Brook University. Her academic background, combined with over five years of leadership experience managing teams at PF Chang’s China Bistro, allows her to bring a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and people-focused management to her current role. She is passionate about developing solutions that improve organizational performance and support workforce well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Jasmin is a devoted mother of two and enjoys family traditions like Friday movie nights and daily dinners together. She values quality time at the park with her children and prioritizes self-care through spa visits and relaxing with Netflix. The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take it day by day, focus on doing my work well, and trust that the rewards and opportunities will follow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to take things day by day and focus on doing their work well, trusting that the results will follow. Do your best in every task, stay open to new opportunities, and your dedication will be noticed by your managers, helping you grow both professionally and personally.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is staying organized and adapting to daily staff changes. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities to strengthen flexibility, improve time management skills, and find more efficient ways to support both my team and the people we serve.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are respect, honesty, and clear communication. I believe these principles build trust, foster strong relationships, and create a positive environment where people feel valued and understood.
