Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jasmin
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God first, and second to my extreme support system of family and close friends who push me to keep going even on challenging days when things are slow.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep going no matter what, and remember that the price is the price - meaning stand firm in your own value and the quality of work you provide without letting circumstances diminish it.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself today. When stepping into a field or wanting to create your own business, know that you have the power, intelligence, and strength to do whatever you put your mind to. Don't stop because somebody else doesn't believe in your dream - as long as you believe and keep God first, anything can happen.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is ensuring that even when things are slow, you keep the faith, keep pushing, put yourself out there to show why people need to trust you, and put one foot in front of the other every single day. Some days are better than others, but viewing it positively turns the challenge into motivation.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, humility, and faith.
