Her Story

About Jasmine

I am a product operations leader focused on transforming user challenges into scalable product and operational improvements. As a Senior Product Specialist at a leading national broadcasting company, I drive high-impact initiatives at the intersection of support, data, and product, ensuring that critical issues translate into actionable insights that enhance platform performance and user experience.

I lead the resolution of complex, high-priority escalations across a network of more than 80 stations nationwide, setting the standard for incident response, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. By partnering closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, I help shape product direction, improve system reliability, and influence decision-making at scale.

In addition to operational leadership, I am deeply invested in team development and knowledge strategy. I design and deliver onboarding and training programs, mentor new team members, and drive the creation and governance of knowledge base systems that enable consistency, efficiency, and long-term organizational growth.

As the founder of Harmony Sync, a relationship-focused mobile application, I lead product vision, strategy, and execution end-to-end. I continuously evolve the platform based on user needs, demonstrating my commitment to building products that foster meaningful human connection.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jasmine

01What do you attribute your success to?

The key factor is being patient. I think it's crucial to being patient while you're working with customers, with stakeholders, and in general. You have to make sure that you know how to listen to a customer, to a user. You know how to highlight and understand their pain points and what's something that needs to be improved in your product.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell them to learn fast and make sure you ask questions. If you're new into that field, be more proactive. Make sure that you have lots of connections. If you don't know anything, do your research first. Start with documentation, the knowledge share articles, and then if you still don't know where to find things, ask your teammates. Always do not be shy and just look for help if you need it.
