Chrysalis Skin & Scar
Gilbert, AZ 85295

Jasmine Aubrey is a dynamic sales and business development leader in the medical aesthetics industry, known for combining clinical skincare expertise with high-performing sales strategy and relationship-driven leadership. Based in Gilbert, Jasmine currently serves as Director of Sales and Marketing at Chrysalis Skin & Scar, where she leads business development, physician partnerships, marketing initiatives, and operational growth for the startup scar restoration clinic. Her work centers on helping patients feel confident in their skin through education, realistic treatment expectations, and natural-looking outcomes, while also building scalable systems that support long-term clinical and business success.

Jasmine’s path into aesthetics began after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in business in 2018. She later completed a 600-hour esthetician program at Penrose Academy, earning her esthetician license in 2019. Shortly after entering the industry, the pandemic forced her to pivot professionally, but her determination ultimately opened doors in medical aesthetics. She joined Aesthetics Biomedical as a practice development coordinator and quickly advanced into leadership roles focused on onboarding, education, and account development. Her passion for relationship-building and clinical education continued to grow during her time at LaserAway, where she generated more than $3 million in personal revenue, consistently exceeded sales goals, and earned recognition for her consultative approach to patient care and business growth.

Today, Jasmine is recognized for her expertise in aesthetics sales, physician partnerships, and territory development, along with her ability to bridge beauty, wellness, and patient confidence. In addition to leading outreach efforts with oncologists, plastic surgeons, and community organizations, she is deeply committed to helping patients celebrate their age and feel empowered in their appearance. Jasmine also serves as a SkinCeuticals Brand Ambassador and holds certifications including HydroPeptide Skincare Specialist. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she remains active in community service through organizations such as Feed My Starving Children and The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, reflecting her passion for both personal connection and meaningful impact.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to persistence, building genuine relationships, combining my business education with hands-on esthetician training, and maintaining a strong commitment to consistently meeting and exceeding my sales goals.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering the aesthetics industry to prioritize education, stay committed to giving patients realistic expectations, build genuine relationships rooted in trust, and never underestimate the power of persistence when pursuing new opportunities.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would say social media is probably the biggest challenge. It's a good and a bad tool, and it depends on how you look at it and how you use it. In the aesthetics industry, there's a lot on there that showcases incredible things, but then there's also some things that are not the right education, or it's unrealistic expectations, or it's before and after pictures that are just not possible. So it makes the education that much more challenging for anyone in this industry to give more realistic expectations. Another challenge is pricing. The last several years have been so inflated, and the prices have been going up. The same thing happens in our industry. We get charged more for buying skincare products, and then we have to charge more. There are so many different skincare products out there, so you just have to make sure that not only are you giving the patient the best that they could have, but it also fits in their budget and makes sense for the business. You're weeding out the companies that aren't really doing what they say, or the ingredients aren't that great. But I feel like now that I know what I know, it makes it a lot easier. The aesthetics industry is also going more towards wellness. I think a lot of people want to look natural and feel healthy on the inside. They care about their muscle strength, and not just being skinny. They want to live longer and feel better and have those energies. I think that's changed in my industry over the last year and a half. It's kind of nice, to be honest. You're not just getting facials, you're doing peptides. If you're not doing facials and peptides, you're doing a workout class. Everyone is doing all of the things, and it's exhausting for women because there's so many things that we need to do. But that's what makes it fun in my industry, is that there's just so many things out there and figuring out the best of the best and educating the population on that is kind of what is my why.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are patient-centered care, authenticity, education, and helping people feel confident while celebrating their age and individuality.
