About Jasmine
I have been studying fashion design for the last 4 years and just graduated this past May with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I have always been an artistic child who got in trouble for painting on walls and floors. My mom encouraged me to pursue art, and my love for fashion was sparked by spending time in her fabulous closet admiring colors and textures. I recently received recognition through the Fashion Scholarship Fund as a 2026 winner signed with Virgil Abloh Postmodern and as a Cactus Jack Design Ethos Scholar.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Live hyphenated and do not put myself in a box as one type of designer. I can be into fashion, art, beauty and all the things I am interested in. Also, a good artist steals - take something that already exists, make it better and make it your own.
