About Jasmine
I've been in my field for 16 years, starting as an entry-level incoming collector in back-end mortgage and consumer lending with Wells Fargo. Seeing the many programs and educational opportunities available, I decided to go back to school and completed my bachelor's in business management at the University of Phoenix with a 3.6 GPA, becoming part of the NSLS National Society. I continued my education and graduated with my MBA in April 2024 with a 3.5 GPA. When my division in California began backing out of mortgage, I left Wells Fargo for about a year to take on a multi-site management role with a nonprofit organization, the YMCA, where I oversaw 6 sites and over 50 employees, developing and coaching them on SOPs and compliance programs to ensure they met district standards. When my oldest daughter expressed that she wanted more hands-on help as she got back into school, I made the big decision to relocate from California to Texas. I connected with my Wells Fargo recruiter and secured a position in Texas pretty much immediately. Since then, I've been in my current role as account senior resolution specialist, handling complex accounts and escalations, opening work orders for escalations including discriminatory complaints that I send to the president, and helping with training new hires. I'm passionate about people development and serve as a Wells Fargo mentor. I'm currently pursuing my PhD in business at the University of Phoenix, which is my last educational feat, with an anticipated graduation between December 2027 and February 2028.
