About Jasmine

Jasmine Darget is a mortgage sales professional with more than 11 years of experience helping mortgage brokers connect consumers with financing solutions for home purchases and refinancing. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing lasting relationships, supporting broker success, and delivering exceptional service within the wholesale mortgage industry. Currently serving as a Sales Account Executive, she continues to leverage her extensive industry knowledge to help clients grow their businesses while expanding her own professional network across multiple states. Inspired by her mother's career in the mortgage industry, Jasmine entered the profession with a strong desire to build a meaningful career centered on relationship-building, communication, and entrepreneurship. Although she pursued studies in Business Administration without completing her degree, she gained practical business experience by working her way up through the mortgage industry. Her daily responsibilities include managing broker relationships, identifying new business opportunities through the NMLS network, conducting virtual and in-person meetings, and providing mortgage solutions tailored to clients' needs. Looking ahead, Jasmine plans to obtain her real estate license to expand her expertise and pursue greater entrepreneurial opportunities. Throughout her career, Jasmine has demonstrated resilience, determination, and adaptability while balancing the demands of being a working mother of two young children in a traditionally male-dominated industry. She believes that long-term success is built through persistence, consistency, respect, and patience. By continually investing in professional growth and embracing new opportunities, she remains committed to helping brokers succeed while building an independent future in both mortgage lending and real estate.

Ten minutes with Jasmine

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to persistence, relationship-building, and maintaining the determination to keep moving forward despite challenges. Every obstacle I've faced has motivated me to become more knowledgeable, strengthen my skills, and continue growing professionally. My willingness to learn, build meaningful connections, and remain committed to my goals has allowed me to create opportunities for both myself and the clients I serve.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is simple: keep going. There are many moments in this industry when setbacks and failures can make you feel like giving up. Whenever those moments come, I remind myself to keep moving forward because you never truly know what you can accomplish if you refuse to quit. That advice has been especially meaningful as I've balanced my career while raising two young children, and it continues to motivate me every day.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women is to keep going regardless of your circumstances. Don't allow obstacles, family responsibilities, or self-doubt to stop you from pursuing your goals. Stay motivated, believe in your abilities, and continue working toward your aspirations with confidence. Success comes to those who remain committed, resilient, and willing to persevere through challenges.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I've experienced is balancing the responsibilities of motherhood while working in a male-dominated industry, where men often have greater flexibility to travel and manage their schedules. However, I've learned that demonstrating professionalism, delivering results, and consistently performing at a high level earns respect and creates new opportunities. Early in my career, limited experience presented challenges, but those experiences motivated me to continue learning, develop my expertise, and build a stronger foundation for long-term success.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my personal and professional life are respect, patience, and consistency. Respect is especially important in building strong relationships within the mortgage industry. I also believe that patience is essential because meaningful success takes time, and nothing worthwhile happens overnight. Above all, consistency is the key to achieving long-term goals, continuously improving, and creating lasting success.
