About Jasmine
Jasmine Felix is an Associate Account Manager at Planet DDS, working in the dental software technology industry. She brings approximately 12 years of experience across sales and marketing roles in a range of industries, including automotive distribution, medical and pharmaceutical packaging, luxury cosmetics, and dental technology. In her current role, she focuses on account management, client retention, risk mitigation, and helping customers navigate product, pricing, support, software contract, and ownership-transition needs.
Before joining Planet DDS, Felix developed experience working with clients and brands in the medical, pharmaceutical, and luxury cosmetics sectors, including collaborations involving companies such as 3M Solventum, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Goop. She has built her career through practical experience rather than a traditional college education and credits her resilience and strong work ethic to both her professional experiences and the example set by her mother, who built a career in real estate and commission-based sales. Felix is also participating in a LEAP professional development program and has expressed an interest in transitioning her experience into marketing.
Outside of her corporate career, Felix is active in the creative arts. In 2021, she and her husband established JAC Productions, a production company focused on music distribution and the development of short and feature films, with a broader goal of creating opportunities and a supportive environment for artists and creatives. She is also pursuing acting and singing, studying with an acting coach and developing plans to release her first album and submit a short film to a festival. She remains guided by faith, integrity, kindness, and grace, while encouraging the next generation to trust their abilities, embrace learning, and pursue work that allows them to grow.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my faith. I believe God directs me through everything I do, and I trust that I am where I am meant to be. Wherever I find myself, I plant myself there and try to do the best I can. I also credit much of my strong work ethic to my mother, who worked very hard in real estate and commission-based sales roles and set an example of perseverance and dedication.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to always be a sponge—to remain willing to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible. I believe that hard work will pay off when you trust yourself, recognize your purpose, and believe in the gifts and talents you bring to your work. My advice is to know who you are, understand that you are there for a reason, and give every opportunity your best effort.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women not to be intimidated. Pursue something you are genuinely passionate about or where you believe you can grow. Do not be afraid of being the youngest person in the room. If you are in that room, trust that you are there for a reason and that you have something valuable to contribute, while also recognizing that there is always something new to learn.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is one of the most important values in both my professional and personal life. My faith plays a significant role in everything I do, and I strive to approach others with kindness and grace. I believe in treating people thoughtfully, respectfully, and compassionately while maintaining integrity in everything I do.
