About Jasmine
I've been working in experiential marketing for about 7 years. My journey started in education, where I did marketing and experiential events. From there, I was connected with someone in branding for the music industry, which opened up a whole new world for me. I started doing experiential marketing for major brands like Nike, Adidas, and Puma. My typical day involves checking emails, having client meetings for upcoming events I'm producing, securing vendors, talking to fabrication teams, doing site visits, getting measurements, and most importantly, nailing the creative so that the client is in love with it. Growing up, my mom would always throw me big birthday parties, which initially made me want to be an event planner. But when I learned more about the field, I discovered I could do branding and marketing events for big brands with bigger budgets and express my creative thoughts and ideas in a large way. I started with birthday parties, weddings, and baby showers, but when I met someone in the music industry, it exposed me to PR and marketing for big brands. In the next 5 years, I'd like to see myself as a COO of an experiential and marketing company, not necessarily owning the company, but running it and leading a bunch of producers like myself, building them up to be super producers. I've done multi-million dollar events, but I want to work on an even bigger scale or in different regions outside of the United States.
