About Jasmine
Jasmine McGriff serves in a senior leadership role within a human services nonprofit in Pennsylvania, where she oversees directors, operations managers, and program supervisors supporting residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She began her career as a case manager after earning her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and psychology from Lincoln University and later returned to school to complete a master's degree in Human Services Administration in 2016. McGriff manages the day-to-day operations of multiple group homes, ensuring residents receive support with activities of daily living, employment or day programs, medical appointments, and community integration. She also maintains active credentials as a realtor and notary, providing part-time assistance to friends and family pursuing homeownership. McGriff remains engaged with her alma mater through the Lincoln University Alumni Association Philadelphia chapter and participates in local civic activities as a member of the Clifton Heights Democrats.
