I attribute my success to my deep care for people and making an impact in patients' lives, combined with being addicted to learning and creative problem solving.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice was to map out different career paths considering work-life balance, financial independence timelines, and ROI, which helped intentionally choose industry over other options like med school or PhD while working on my master's.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Talk to as many people as you can to gain perspectives, set your ego aside, embrace learning and new perspectives without being embarrassed if someone says no.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The field is recalibrating due to high costs of cell therapies around half a million dollars making them not economically viable, leading to hesitation in investments, slowing collaborations, and challenges with patient accessibility including specialized centers and regulatory issues globally.

Treating everybody with kindness and respect, being present and listening to identify needs, and having integrity and honesty so people can rely and trust you.
