Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jasmine

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to staying humble, continuously learning, and understanding the person I strive not to become. Those experiences have motivated me to work harder, stay focused, and remain committed to achieving the goals and values that define who I want to be.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to pursue what you love. I believe that when you are genuinely passionate about your work, it no longer feels like a job—it becomes something you do with purpose, dedication, and love. Also, be a little delusional!

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering my industry is to believe in themselves and never let anyone convince them that they cannot achieve their goals. With determination, confidence, and perseverance, they have the ability to overcome challenges and accomplish anything they set their minds to.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is being a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry. I see it as an opportunity to inspire more women to pursue careers in construction and help create a more inclusive future.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are trusting myself, believing in my vision, and always being willing to help others. I believe confidence, purpose, and kindness are essential in both my work and personal life.
