About Jasmine
She is a mortgage investment and business leader with extensive experience in distressed mortgage notes, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. She currently serves as President of US Mortgage Notes, where she develops partnerships with financial institutions and investors, sources investment inventory, advocates for investor interests, and facilitates community-focused initiatives. She has also led The Note Assistance Program for over a decade, providing education and hands-on guidance to note investors, and previously managed investor relations for American Home Recovery Fund. Her experience also includes hosting the Naked Notes Podcast, where she advocated for women in the secondary mortgage market, along with ongoing leadership in the Poway High Alumni Association. She holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Long Beach, and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Ashford University.
