Jasmine YOUNG

Jasmine Young is a certified birth and postpartum doula who recently completed her certifications and began practicing one week ago. She earned an Associates of Science from BCTC in 2024 and is currently attending the University of Kentucky as a premed student with the goal of becoming an OBGYN. Her path began with retail work while starting community college in 2018, and her interest in the field was sparked during COVID by statistics on African American maternal health, leading her to pursue doula certification as a step toward her medical career. She values putting clients and patients first to ensure they are satisfied and prioritized. The best career advice she follows is that life is never going to get easy, so never give up, never look back, and never regret.
