She is a physician, medical educator, and healthcare leader with experience in primary care, medical education, and community health. She currently serves as Medical Director at Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative and as an Associate Professor at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Her clinical background includes family medicine experience at North Hudson Community Action Corporation and Summit Medical Group of New Jersey. She holds an MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is certified in Family Medicine.
