About Jaye

Jaye Andaya is the Founder and CEO in the field of Nanotechnology Education and Distribution. She is a California-licensed Physician Associate who practiced for 20 years until retiring in 2025 following a post-COVID stroke in 2024. Jaye Andaya earned her bachelor's and master's degrees along with a PA certificate through an accelerated 16-month program at Stanford University School of Medicine. She serves as a member and committee chair for the California Academy of PAs (CAPA). After discovering cell-free regenerative nanotechnology during her recovery in Japan, she became the first US distributor bringing topical formulations to the American market first, establishing both an advisory entity for education and a distribution business. Jaye Andaya attributes her success to the steadfast support of her husband since 2004, and she emphasizes values such as work-life balance, honoring her body's needs due to long-haul COVID, and creating a lasting legacy. Her career advice centers on trusting one's instincts and owning one's worth, particularly for young women entering professional fields.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jaye

01What do you attribute your success to?

The support of my husband has been my rock since we started dating in 2004. He grounds me, keeps me focused, and is my number one fan. He stuck with me through PA school at Stanford and now supports me building this bigger business.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Trust your instinct. Have faith in what you know is the right step and don't let brain, ego, and emotion decide for you. Reflect without making decisions out of urgency or fear. There's always more room to learn and remain open to possibility by not being the smartest person in the room.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Own your worth. Know who you are, what you want, and how it will impact more than just yourself. Make decisions based on serving the highest good of everyone involved. This applies whether going into medical profession, trade, biotech or nanotech.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Biggest challenges are regulatory issues and getting education out to separate high-quality products from unsourced items bought online. Building trust and authority as the spokesperson is key. Also navigating payment terms for inventory while raising funds and educating the market before launch.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honoring what my body is telling me throughout the day and pacing myself due to long-haul COVID. Maintaining work-life balance to be present for family, attend girls' activities, and take care of myself with walks, massages, and anti-inflammatory diet. Creating lasting legacy and impact beyond myself.
