In everything I do, I center the lived experiences of Black, Brown, queer, disabled, and spiritual communities. My work, whether in leadership development or equity programming - is designed to challenge systems, foster belonging, and hold institutions accountable. I believe in creating spaces where students and communities, especially those pushed to the margins can not only thrive but lead boldly.
