Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family. As a first-generation Latina, my drive and perseverance are deeply rooted in my grandparents’ immigrant journey and the sacrifices my mother made as a single parent with limited financial resources. Their resilience, determination, and commitment to creating better opportunities for the next generation continue to inspire and guide me in both my personal and professional life.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, perseverance, hard work, and gratitude. I strive to stay grounded in the support and lessons from my family, remain persistent in the face of challenges, and approach my responsibilities with discipline and dedication. At the same time, I make a conscious effort to practice gratitude, recognizing the opportunities I’ve been given and the people who have helped shape my journey.
