About Jazzmine
Jazzmine Hall serves as general manager of CENTRL Office, a coworking space in San Francisco, California. She brings eight years of experience in hospitality, beginning at a Marriott Courtyard property and advancing to front desk manager at Marriott Vacation Club. Seeking greater work-life balance and the opportunity to prioritize self-care after years in demanding 24/7 operations, she transitioned into the coworking industry. In her role, Jazzmine combines her hospitality skills to maintain the facility, assist members, and organize weekly events that build community among the many AI companies and startups on the third floor. She also participates in a West African dance company called Diamano Coura, dancing weekly as part of her focus on health and wellness.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think it's kind of along the lines of what I was saying about taking the opportunity and just going for it. Don't worry about the outside noise, or even the inside noise in your mind. If you want something, go for it, and you'll never know the possibilities that happen after that.
