01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do not underestimate what you can do and never feel that you are too small for something. When I started my engineering degree as the only female in my class, I thought maybe this field does not favor me, but my advisor told me to try and fail than not failing to try.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not underestimate yourself. Be willing to learn and unlearn, be adaptable to change as the field evolves every day, follow your passion, and look at what is trending like AI to add to your skills.
