Jean LaVallie

Jean LaVallie serves as Founder and President of Women's Entrepreneur's Secrets of Success (WSOS), an organization dedicated to women's networking and business support. She began leading the group in 2011 after taking over a meetup in the Chicago suburbs and incorporated the business in 2015. Now representing Colorado, LaVallie has expanded WSOS into multiple chapters nationwide, both in-person and online, training leaders who foster communities centered on authentic relationships, mutual support, and resources for growing businesses. Her approach prioritizes a servant leadership heart, creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where women can be seen and heard. LaVallie draws from her own entrepreneurial journey, which included corporate experience and network marketing, to emphasize consistency and perseverance, advising women to commit to their chosen path daily and rest rather than quit when challenges arise.
