The biggest challenges in nursing right now are staying up to date with rules and regulations to provide safe, empathetic care, while also gaining greater recognition for the critical role nurses play.

The values most important to me are honesty, love, truthfulness, and caring, guided by my personal motto: "I refuse to die ignorant."
