About Jean
I started in real estate in 2011 after spending 22 years as a domestic engineer raising my family. Before that, I worked in computers on the software side. My typical day involves sales, real estate negotiation, helping first-time homebuyers, and helping sellers get the most money for their homes. I handle basic real estate transactions, getting clients pre-approved which can be challenging, and explaining the real estate functions and how to get offers written. I don't believe in pressuring clients - I give them the facts about multiple offers and deadlines, and I let them take their time to think things through. The pandemic was actually my best year in real estate because I stayed so busy. After 5 years at Keller Williams, I had done $10 million in gross sales. Recently, I've embraced AI and got certified, creating my own AI assistant named Jeeves who helps me with my work. I've also rebranded as Doggy Realtor with my dog Doodle as my brand ambassador, which resonates with clients who are looking for homes with backyards for their pets. I type 80 words a minute thanks to my mother giving me a typewriter when I was young and instilling a strong work ethic in me.
