I am a senior quality engineering professional with over a decade of experience in supplier quality, process improvement, and quality management systems within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at CIRCOR Aerospace and Defense, a role I have held since January 2024, where I lead supplier quality improvement initiatives utilizing root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to improve supplier on-time delivery performance and reduce scrap, rework, and repair costs. I analyze statistical quality and process performance data to identify systemic issues, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process optimization, coordinate modifications to production processes and engineering specifications, perform supplier source inspections, and lead AS9100D internal audit programs and management reviews.

Prior to this role, I spent over eight years at Roncelli Plastics Inc in progressively responsible roles, including Quality Engineer Supervisor for nearly two years and Lead Quality Engineer for over eight years, where I oversaw RCCA and 8D processes on nonconforming parts, led annual internal audits and management reviews, oversaw APQP and PPAP implementation, monitored Key Performance Indicators and produced statistical reports, resolved quality problems, performed process improvement projects, and supervised daily Quality Engineering tasks for a team of seven. I hold ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification, AS13001 and AS9117 certification, AS9100D Lead Auditor certification, and Green Lean Six Sigma certification.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Humanistic Studies from California State University, Northridge.
