What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my long-term vision and drive to create generational wealth for my family. My son is a constant source of motivation, and I’m always thinking about building a future that provides security and opportunity for us. Ultimately, my goal is to establish my own business and move beyond the traditional 9-to-5, creating a path where I can stand on my own while leaving a lasting legacy for my family. That vision is what motivates me every day.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to bet on yourself and take that first leap, whether it’s landing a client or securing a contract. Focus on providing real value and building genuine relationships, and don’t be afraid of trial and error—entrepreneurship is about learning what works and sharing that knowledge along the way.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is its fluidity—there are constant ups and downs that require adaptability and resilience. At the same time, this dynamic environment presents opportunities, particularly as I plan for the future to work full-time for myself and build something of my own.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are believing in myself, serving others, alleviating clients’ stress, and building lasting relationships. Family and creating generational wealth are central to both my work and personal life, and I also prioritize self-care and quality time with my loved ones outside of work.
