Ten minutes with Jeanine
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, determination, perseverance, and faith. Growing up in a poor family and taking on significant responsibilities from a young age shaped my drive to achieve greatness and help others. As a single mother working multiple jobs while returning to school, I learned to embrace challenges, stay focused on my goals, and keep moving forward despite obstacles.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to believe in themselves, even when they doubt their abilities. Feeling uncertain is normal, but determination, perseverance, and the right education can help turn those doubts into confidence. Step outside your comfort zone, put yourself out there, embrace challenges, and never stop learning.
