Her Story
About Jeanna
With 25 years of experience in operations, recruiting, and human resources, she recently co-founded CoreKit Health, where she serves as Chief Revenue Officer. Her background includes a Master’s in Management from Emmanuel College in Boston and a degree in Holistic Nutrition from Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado, giving her a unique perspective on both business operations and the patient experience.
She founded CoreKit Health after recognizing a significant gap in the peptide and GLP-1 market. Many clinics were still relying on outdated foam packaging for temperature-sensitive shipments, while patients often received little guidance on how to store their medication, begin treatment, or request refills. This created a poor first impression, unnecessary confusion, and an increased burden on customer service teams.
She built CoreKit Health to provide modern, branded cold-chain packaging and fulfillment solutions that help clinics operate more efficiently and deliver a better patient experience. Through customized kitting, clear patient instructions, refill support, and direct-to-patient fulfillment, Corekit helps our clients strengthen their brand, reduce operational demands, and improve patient satisfaction and retention.
She leads the company’s sales and marketing strategy and is passionate about building strong partnerships with clinics, telehealth companies, and pharmacy organizations. Her work is driven by perseverance, innovation, and a commitment to keeping the needs of both our clients and their patients at the center of everything.

Ten minutes with Jeanna
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, innovation, and a strong commitment to serving the best interests of both our clients and their patients. Building CoreKit Health from the ground up has strengthened my ability to identify gaps in the market, develop practical solutions, and adapt those solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
My success has also come from keeping the patient and customer experience at the center of every decision. By combining determination with integrity, precision, and a willingness to innovate, I have been able to help create a company that gives clinics more than a fulfillment provider—it gives them a flexible partner focused on strengthening their brand, reducing operational burdens, and improving the experience they deliver to patients.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in our industry is introducing a new approach into a market where established processes are deeply ingrained. Many clinics have relied on traditional foam boxes and ice-pack packaging for years, so they often view cold-chain shipping as a problem they have already solved.
CoreKit Health is helping redefine what fulfillment can look like by offering a more modern, branded, and patient-centered solution. The challenge is not simply presenting a new product—it is helping organizations recognize the value of moving beyond familiar processes and understanding how better packaging can strengthen their brand, reduce patient confusion, and elevate the overall experience.
That challenge also represents a significant opportunity. Once clinics see how customized, branded fulfillment can differentiate their business and create a more professional patient journey, the benefits of change become clear. Our role is to help them envision a better standard for cold-chain delivery and show how that investment can support both their patients and their long-term growth.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide my work begin with creating an exceptional experience for both our clients and their patients. Innovation is equally important, along with integrity, partnership, and precision in every kit we assemble and every shipment we manage.
I believe the strongest solutions come from working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and build scalable programs that reduce the operational burden of fulfillment. By combining accurate, reliable execution with thoughtful branding and a patient-centered approach, we help our partners deliver a more professional and supportive experience.
Ultimately, my work is defined by innovation, integrity, collaboration, precision, and a commitment to always putting the patient experience first.
